Sarit Amir

Product Manager and Innovation Catalyst, Citibank

As the Innovation Catalyst and Product Manager for Citibank, Sarit seeks to accelerate the growth trajectory and adoption in a changing industry landscape. She drives innovation, competitive differentiation and speed to market by bringing the outside in, focusing on identifying and introducing startups to jump-start the Bank’s objectives and priorities. Sarit has had the responsibility for creating an entrepreneurial culture by facilitating Design Thinking and Lean Startup workshops, presenting at a variety of internal events to foster a spirit of innovation. She has launched new digital products through Citi’s D10X startup incubator, a program that enables employees to identify, test, and validate new solutions. Previously, Sarit led the Consumer Insights team supporting North America businesses. Prior to Citi, Sarit worked at GfK in business development and as a management consultant at Novantas. Originally from Israel, Sarit studied Sociology at the University of Florida and earned a PhD in Demography from the University of Texas at Austin.

June is the founding Partner of Serval Ventures, an emerging tech venture builder, investor, and innovation partner. Serval Ventures focuses on applying emerging technologies such as AI, reality+, blockchain, and data to build and grow transformative infrastructure, startups, tech-enabled products, and talent. Serval’s current work centers around expanding our innovation labs ecosystem network to build better investment deal flow and train emerging tech talent, and our environmental initiative to get cleantech out into the market faster. June is an investor, master mentor, startup advisor, executive coach, entrepreneurship teacher, connector, systems & innovation strategist and consultant, future thinker, experienced executive, speaker, and complex systems & 4D thinker. Before launching Serval, June ran a strategy consulting firm working on issues such as change management, strategic planning, board development, financial and operational systems and processes, cultural/diversity/inclusion issues, succession planning, fundraising and investment planning, trainings, and facilitation. June also has broad experience in nonprofit and philanthropy, extensive speaking experience, and has served on numerous panels, committees and boards.

Jenevra is a lawyer and occasional angel investor in New York. She works at AIG, where for the past 20 years she has led a group focused on outsourcing and online marketing. Her team negotiates contracts ranging from social media deals to partnerships with tech companies. She is also actively working on automating aspects of the legal process at AIG. Jenevra has invested in software, biotech, and consumer startups as a member (and now alumna) of Golden Seeds, an angel group focused on women-led companies.

T.A. McCann

T.A. McCann

Managing Director, Pioneer Square Labs

T.A. is a serial entrepreneur. He was founder and CEO of Senosis (acquired by Google), Gist (acquired by Blackberry) and Rival IQ, a leader in marketing analytics. Previously, he was an EIR at Polaris Venture Partners, Vulcan Capital where he built Vulcan Labs and Providence Health Services, focused on quantified health ideas and investments. He also held senior roles at Microsoft, leading Exchange and the Mobile Services divisions. In addition to his own startup experience, he is an active angel investor in companies including SkillJar, CreativeLive, Assist, Migo and Vendor Hawk and on the board of Guidant Financial, Volt Athletics, and Splash.org. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Washington Foster School of Business and active TechStars mentor. Prior to his startup career, he was a professional sailor, having competed in two America’s Cups (won one, lost one) and the Whitbread Round the World race. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University where he attended on a full swimming scholarship.

Elisa Miller-Out is an experienced serial tech entrepreneur, investor, board director and community builder. She is Managing Partner at Chloe Capital, a seed stage venture capital firm investing in women-led innovation companies. She also serves as a mentor, advisor and Entrepreneur in Residence with several organizations including: NYSERDA, The Center for Regional Economic Advancement, Cornell University, Launch NY, 76West and more. She’s an instructor with the National Science Foundation Innovation Corps and a guest lecturer at Cornell and Columbia. Elisa serves as a board director at Women 2.0, GatheringUs and as chair of the board at Singlebrook. Singlebrook is a custom software services firm Elisa co-founded and led as CEO for over 10 years. She oversaw the successful acquisition of a division of the company in 2016. Elisa has been featured in the New York Times, the Washington Post, USA Today, Forbes and other publications, and she speaks about technology and entrepreneurship at events across the country. Elisa graduated Summa Cum Laude from Barnard College of Columbia University.
