Sahiti Enjeti

Associate, True Ventures

As an associate at True, Sahiti researches high-impact, seed-stage companies and evaluates promising investment opportunities. Eager to bestow what she’s learned in VC so far, Sahiti is a host for the True Ventures Fellowship and plays a key role in developing its educational programming. She is a proud True Ventures Fellowship alumna from 2017, when she worked with True Portfolio company Atipica. Prior, she took on various internships for government organizations in Washington D.C. and filled a UX research role at a philanthropic startup. Sahiti has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from George Washington University where she made the Dean’s Commendation List and was named a Presidential Academic Scholar. She is a member of the VC Associates Cohort program at All Raise, an organization dedicated to accelerating the success of female founders. On any given Sunday, you can find her trying out new recipes, FaceTiming with family, or giving her all at her favorite bootcamp workout class. She lives, works, and connects True Founders in NYC.

Jenevra Georgini

Jenevra is a lawyer, startup advisor and angel investor. She is the founder of Spark + Sterling, a legal and business consultancy that helps entrepreneurs negotiate lasting relationships with large companies.
Before starting her own company, Jenevra spent 20 years as a manager and in-house counsel at American International Group, Inc. (AIG). During a time of crisis and change for the financial industry, she built and led a legal group that closed $50-$100 million worth of deals each year. She has advised C-level executives on matters including contracts, process improvement, and online marketing.
A frequent speaker and writer on startup law topics, Jenevra mentors early stage companies through Project W and the Hudson Community Incubator.

Jess Green

Senior Manager, Experienced Talent, Insight Partners

Jessica Green runs lateral and professional recruiting at Insight Partners, a tech and software based venture capital firm based in New York City. After graduating from Barnard College, Jessica began her career in Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs, focused on internal talent management and diversity & inclusion efforts. She then spent a couple of years at Bridgewater Associates as a campus recruiter, prior to joining Insight. Jess is headed to Teacher’s College at Columbia University in the fall on a part-time basis to get her Masters in Social-Organizational Psychology. Outside of work, Jess is an avid traveler, enjoys reading, cooking and exploring new restaurants in NYC!

Dan Hurley

Regional VP of Sales , East Market Unit, SAP

Dan Hurley is currently a Regional Vice President of Sales at SAP where he leads several Industry focused sales teams to find and develop new customers for the next phase of ERP revenue growth at SAP. Dan has had a broad range of experience as an Engineer, Product Manager, Marketer, Business Development exec; he’s run FP&A working for the CFO of a software company and has finally found a role he loves in Sales. Dan has held both Regional and Global head of sales roles at start up companies and still enjoys helping SAP.IO assist it’s startup cohorts to establish and grow their sales organizations.
Dan has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and his MBA from Rice University. He lives in Manhattan with his wife and son and is an avid NY Sports fan.

Dana Kanze

Assistant Professor, Organisational Behaviour, London Business School

Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Doctor of Philosophy from Columbia Business School. Her research applies behavioural insights to understand sources of labour market inequality, spanning the areas of judgment and decision–making, ethics, motivation science and entrepreneurship. Dana’s work has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Science Advances, as well as in practitioner outlets such as the Harvard Business Review. Her research has been featured by BBC Radio; Bloomberg; Business Insider; Chicago Booth Review; Entrepreneur; Fast Company; Forbes; Fortune, Inc.; MIT Sloan Management Review, Pitchbook, Quartz, Scientific American, TechCrunch, The Times, The Wall Street Journal; and Wharton Magazine. Accomplished as an ad hoc reviewer and TED speaker, Dana started her career as an investment banker and strategic consultant for Citigroup and Winterberry Group, going on to co-found and run a venture-funded startup before re-entering education.

Anna Consani

Head of Community, Goodwater Capital

Anna Consani is Head of Community at Goodwater Capital, the largest consumer tech focused VC fund in the world. Goodwater’s mission is to empower exceptional entrepreneurs everywhere to change the world for good. At Goodwater, Anna works within Portfolio Services to better connect the Goodwater community of founders and support the growth of portfolio companies which range from seed to pre-IPO. Prior to Goodwater, Anna was Vice President of Community and Partnerships at Springboard Enterprises, a global network for women-led tech and healthcare companies. At Springboard, she incorporated online tools and in-person networking to build strong business collaborations and enhance the visibility of Springboard portfolio companies and the women who lead them. Anna led the Springboard Dolphin Tank program, a “friendly-feedback” pitch session for entrepreneurs as well as the Women’s Health Innovation Coalition. She has hosted and moderated pitch events in over 30 cities, across 6 countries and 50+ virtual events. Anna has worked for Members of Congress in both Washington, D.C., and California, and was a Panetta Congressional Fellow in 2012. Anna holds a B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in Sociology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and is currently based in Sacramento, CA.
